Let’s Talk Business: The social media solution: better customer value and growth

Anyone who’s had even a passing contact with me will know I am big believer in social media’s ability to be a powerful asset for your business. I use Facebook and Twitter regularly to contact with existing customers and find new ones, and they have proven time and again their worth to me.

I am aware though that there are still many business people who are unsure of the benefits of using social media. Is it worth their time, their money and will it make a meaningful contribution to their business? And at a basic level, how does it even work?

If you’ve seeking answers to these questions then you should come along to the next Let’s Talk Business event on 1 May 2012 where I will be moderating a panel featuring the following dynamic experts on how best to use social media:

Nahji Chu of misschu fame, food entrepreneur and known to many, thanks to her savvy branding efforts on social media, as “The Rice Paper Roll Queen.”

Matt Kendall, digital media specialist, of One Green Bean who specialise in branding initiatives.

Jamie Madden, creative director of circul8 who specialise in social media and viral communication.

Charlie Wood, from Radian6, providers of social media monitoring tools and engagement software.
