Sydney Business Month event: “The Storytelling Secrets of Highly Profitable Businesses”

Sydney Business Month event POST

With the release of my new book, Power Stories: The 8 stories you MUST tell to build an epic business imminent (early October 2012), I am excited to be speaking at an upcoming Sydney Business Month workshop on “The Storytelling Secrets of Highly Profitable Businesses”.

Businesses are always on the lookout for anything that will help them connect more effectively with existing and potential customers. In this increasingly frantic world we live in, where multiple groups are competing for a customer’s attention, getting them interested and keeping them engaged has become an ever-increasing challenge.

But I firmly believe that when you tell the right stories, you can turn your brand into an icon, turn your customers into tireless advocates, and give your business — or yourself — an unbeatable advantage.

If you’re wanting to get some insight into how you can transform your brand using a method as old as civilisation itself, then my presentation on storytelling’s place in a business’s arsenal will be perfect for you.

I look forward to seeing you at the event.
