My life in a minute: Foamy peas, fancy limos and a great bulk order book deal.

Life in a minute 16 No 2012 POST

Dining: At lovely local restaurant, Burlington in Crows Nest, at an impromptu lunch with social media mavens Yvonne Adele, Tony Hollingsworth and Paul Wallbank.

Yours truly and the lovely Yvonne Adele

Here's my scallops with pea foam. Yes, there are peas. And they are foamy.

Introduced: To Uber Sydney by Tony Hollingsworth who insisted on picking me up in a limo to go to lunch. Way to impress a girl huh? Well, Tony was merely introducing me to a new app called Uber which enables you to locate and request nearby limos.

Yes, you get a fancy looking driver in a fancy looking car

Honoured: To be featured in Women’s Agenda.
It was a privilege to be feature as one of Women’s Agenda’s Inspiring Women.

Thrilled: That Power Stories was reviewed by Australian Financial Review Asset magazine. Yes, they said nice things!

Very happy with: The upcoming summer issue of Latte magazine.
Along with the team from Business Chicks and a wonderful group of writers, I’ve been finalising the summer issue of Latte magazine. It’s going to be jam-packed and full of inspirational women.

The spring issue with the amazing Tara Moss on the cover.

Signing: Bulk orders for Power Stories
Some business owners apparently love Power Stories so much (thank you!) they are ordering in bulk to give the book as a gift to clients or staff. One team gave it to all their staff during a team bonding day last week!

Because of these bulk order queries, I’ve put together a page where you can order in bulk and save money. This is a great deal and it’s through Booktopia. Not only will you be able order in bulk for less than $20 a book, if you order soon you’ll also receive a $50 voucher to use at the Sydney Writers’ Centre. You can find out all details here.
