Life has been a bit of a blur lately. I feel like I’ve been on trains, planes and automobiles. Okay, no trains actually – more like lots of planes and even more Uber cars. Here are the highlights.
I went into a Tardis (yes, really).
Actually these are the recording booths at the ABC Radio studios where I was interviewed about the weekly highlights on Twitter.
Inspired by Sir Bob Geldof
Business Chicks rocked a great event featuring Sir Bob Geldof. It was wonderful to share it with a table of awesome people.
Yours truly with this talented crew: Catherine Rodie, Libby Hakim and Rah Gardiner.

Mug cakes – it’s a thing
We had mug cakes in the office. Really. Cake. In a mug! Who knew?
I hung out in Phoenix at ICON, the Infusionsoft conference. Loved keynote speakers Jon Acuff (below, author of “Do Over)” and Sally Hogshead (author of “How The World Sees You”).
It was a software conference but it seems that they think chapstick is an important tool for small business owners.
My grandma turned 90 – how cool is that? Here she is with my cousin Tracy and I.
I’ve been mentoring an awesome business with Microsoft’s #modernbusiness project.
Here I am with fellow mentor and head honcho of Key Person of Influence, Glen Carlson.
Foodies adventures in San Francisco
Our group was lucky to be assigned the namesake of the business, Chris Milano, for our foodie tour of the Mission District in San Francisco.
Of course, I watched the movie The Rock the night before.
Lisa Vanderpump’s place
It’s true. When I want to wind down and watch trashy TV… it’s Vanderpump Rules. So I had to have dinner at Sur Lounge and cocktails at Pump.
