Cacophony – Original and limited edition prints

Valerie Khoo Cacophony

This original artwork, Cacophony, has been painted on artisan wood panel as part of the Vintage Chinoiserie series. It’s about the idea that you can find hidden gems amidst what might seem like chaos if you bother to look. In the same way an orchestra can start off sounding like a cacophony while they’re tuning up; once they get started … you hear a perfect symphony.

Cacophony depicts the process of exploration we go through as we surrender to the creative process. The multiple layers of the painting reveal that there is always more to a story than meets the eye. And if we take the time, we can discover pathways that we never knew existed.
