💛 Full permission
To go at your own pace (even if that means skipping days)
Because this isn’t about perfection.
It’s about reconnection.
What we’ll explore each day:
Each day of Creative Reboot offers a focused theme to gently guide you back to your creativity.
Day 1: Permission granted
You don’t have to earn your creative time. Let go of guilt. Say yes to yourself.
Day 2: Start small, start now
Forget big goals. Let’s build momentum with small, meaningful action.
Day 3: Let curiosity lead
You don’t need a five-year plan. Follow what sparks your interest.
Day 4: Embrace the mess
Creativity is messy. The magic lives in imperfection.
Day 5: Honour your rhythms
Not all energy is equal. Work with your natural flow.
Day 6: Follow what delights you
Joy is a creative compass. Let’s follow it.
Day 7: Return to yourself
This is where it all begins — and where you come home.
🎨 Created by someone who’s lived it.
Hi, I’m Valerie Khoo.
I’ve had a few creative careers – from accountant to magazine editor to business founder to full-time artist. I’ve worked in the corporate world, the glossy magazine world, and now the art world. At every stage, I’ve followed one compass: creative curiosity.
Sometimes, that spark is strong.
Other times, it hides under the weight of burnout, expectations, and busyness.
Creative Reboot is what I needed during those quiet in-between moments — when I wasn’t sure what was next, but I knew I wanted to feel creatively alive again.
Now I’m sharing it with you.

What if it’s been a long time?
If you haven’t felt creative in a while — or maybe ever — that’s okay.
This isn’t about productivity, outcomes, or doing more.
This is about remembering who you are when you feel most energised, inspired, and you.
Just one guided session each day — rich, reflective, and creatively nourishing.
It’s not about cramming more in. It’s about tuning in.
A shift in energy. A rekindling of purpose. A gentle but powerful return to yourself.
You don’t need to earn this.
You just have to begin.
